Welcome to Robbins Road Animal Clinic!

Our lobby is OPEN! Clients are welcome to come into the clinic to check in for their appointment. We allow one client in the exam room during the visit.

For food or medication pick up, we are still offering Curbside Service or our "Pay-Ahead" Option which enables clients to pick up items in the entry way at his/her convenience.

If you prefer to still have your visit Curbside, please call 616.842.7610 to check in once you arrive in the parking lot.

Robbins Road Animal Clinic is a full service animal clinic located in Grand Haven, Michigan servicing cats and dogs since Dr. George Wennersten first opened the doors in 1962! Our current doctors on staff have over 100 years of combined experience treating overall pet wellness and emergency care cases.

We take pride in putting your pet first by offering personalized care with specific treatment options. We understand your pet is an integral part of your family therefore maintaining its good health is as important as your own. The best veterinary care for animals is ongoing nutrition and problem prevention, so becoming knowledgeable about preventative pet care is essential to the ongoing success of your animal’s health.

Appointment Policy

New Client Booking Disclaimer:

A $75.00 new client deposit is required to schedule your appointment; this deposit is applied to your first visit, is forfeited if the appointment is canceled, not shown, or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, and may only be preserved by rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.

We operate primarily by appointment to allow ample time for our patients and scheduled surgical procedures. Emergency and urgent cases are prioritized, which may sometimes results in delays for scheduled appointments.
We make a sincere attempt to see each client on time and appreciate your patience in the event of a delay.

Payment Policies

We require full payment at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards, Care Credit, Cash, and Personal checks.

Pet Arrival Policy

For the safety of animals and public health, we require that all animals have a proof of current rabies vaccination. If no proof is available, and the pet is healthy enough to receive a vaccine, a rabies vaccine will be administered.
For the safety of all, dogs must be leashed and controlled in the waiting area and exam rooms. Cats must be in a carrier or on a leash.
For the safety of all animals and staff, we may prescribe Pre-Visit Pharmaceuticals (PVP) for your pet's. If your pet has been prescribed PVPs, then we ask that you administer them as directed. Even with PVPs, some pets still require injectable medication for safe handling.
